Linfranc Services Ltd provides high-quality Supported Accommodation for young people aged 16 to 25 years, including looked-after children, care leavers, and young adults transitioning from statutory care or at risk of homelessness.
We deliver safe, stable, semi-independent accommodation alongside tailored, outcome-focused support to help young people develop independence, resilience, confidence, and essential life skills.
How It Works
Safe, Supported Living
For 16–17-year-olds, we offer enhanced safeguarding, structured support, supervision, and clear boundaries in line with regulatory requirements.
For 18–25-year-olds, we provide semi-independent living environments that promote autonomy while ensuring appropriate guidance and support.
Personalised Support & Life Skills Development
Each young person receives support that is:
- Trauma-informed
- Strengths-based
- Outcome-focused
Support includes:
- Emotional well-being and resilience building
- Education, employment and training (EET) support
- Tenancy readiness and budgeting
- Independent living skills (cooking, cleaning, self-care)
- Access to health and community services

For young adults aged 18–25, we place additional emphasis on:
- Sustaining tenancies
- Financial management
- Employment readiness

Accommodation features
All of our homes are maintained to a high standard and offer young people a warm, welcoming space where they can feel secure and supported.
Individual Bedrooms
Each young person has their own private bedroom, which includes:
- Comfortable bed and storage furniture
- Reading desk and chair for study
- Flat-screen TV for relaxation
- Small personal fridge for snacks and drinks
- Adequate storage and lighting
Bedrooms provide privacy and personal space, and young people are encouraged to personalise their rooms.
Shared Living Spaces
Our homes also offer fully furnished communal areas, including:
- Comfortable lounge
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Dining area
- Bathroom and WC facilities
- Keywork/meeting space
- Outdoor space, where available
These shared areas support young people to develop independent living skills such as cooking, budgeting, and maintaining a home.
